Hinweise vor dem Kauf:
- Die Produkte werden gefaltet versendet, daher können Faltspuren entstehen. Dies stellt keinen Qualitätsmangel dar.
- Da die Größe manuell gemessen wird, erlauben Sie bitte eine Abweichung von 1–3 cm.
- Aufgrund unterschiedlicher Produktionschargen und Lichtverhältnisse kann es zu Farbabweichungen kommen.
- Alle unsere Teppiche werden auf Bestellung gefertigt und entsprechen höchsten Qualitätsstandards. Wir halten keine Lagerware vor.
Refunds and Replacement
We accept refunds / resend products in the following cases:
1: Damaged / poor quality printed goods
2: Wrong product (wrong model, the wrong type of product)
3: The wrong size (we send the wrong item of the order you ordered)
4: Your item has not arrived within 22 days
Note: We are not responsible for return shipping fees or shipping labels if none of the above apply.
Please contact us by email at info@lovelyproductuk.com and our support team will help you arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Replacements will take time as for normal orders (2 to 5 days for processing, and 10-17 days for delivery)
The total time is 12 to 22 days.We do not accept refund / resend in the following cases:
1: The customer chose the wrong size
2: Missing package due to wrong delivery address
3: Customers do not like the material of the product (there is polyester in the material)
4: The customer changes the order/shipping address after the product has been printed and shipped.
We are doing our best to ensure the product quality and the accuracy of the order. However, you may receive an item that is damaged, has poor printing quality, or the product is inaccurate. It is quite unusual! But, if that’s the case, we guarantee 100% satisfaction to all of our customers, by offering free replacement orders or refunds on the affected items.
All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing the incorrect item, poor print quality, or damaged areas of the item in the package of the affected items. If your item has not arrived within 22 days of placing your order, contact one of our staff at info@lovelyproductuk.com for a full refund of your purchase. Return policy
We have a 30-day return policy for all defective orders from our side
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Email us with your return reason and unsatisfactory product photo or video proof
A pre-paid shipping label will be created and provided by email.
Pack the items into the box and packaging you received, print the shipping label, and label the box. The box can be mailed at your nearest post office.
A refund or store credit will be issued once the returned item has arrived at our warehouse.
Customers will receive the refund within 1 to 3 business days.
If your refund is late after 3 business days. customer, please contact your credit card company.

What if a product is damaged?
In the unlikely event that a product reached your hand is defective, damaged or the product was shipped incorrectly, please notify us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement.
Because your product is custom printed just for your order. If you have any problems with an item you purchased, please let us know and let our support team do our best to assist you. We will either replace the defective item or refund you

When will our items be shipped?
To estimate when you can expect your order, please refer to the timeframe below.
In addition, if your order is personalized and/or needs adjustment, it may take a few days for our designer to create a complete art file. Design time will depend on adjustment (more or less, easy or difficult) can be from 2-5 days or more.

PLEASE NOTE:
The above timeframe is only applied for orders to the United Kingdom with standard shipping method (“days” here is “business days“)
The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe.
Due to unforeseeable delivery bottlenecks with our suppliers as well as delivery companies, deliveries may be delayed a little bit.
Holiday shipping: Due to certain United Kingdom and International Holidays, especially in peak seasons, orders may take longer to ship out. We’re so sorry for this inconvenience and hope that you can understand for us.
International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.

I never received my package, what should I do?
Many times your package will be sitting at the local post office due or there was a missed delivery attempt.
For United Kingdom orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 22 days since the order was placed and tracking data is showing, you can request a refund or make a request to have the order be re-sent. If it has been less than 22 days and tracking data is showing, please patiently wait until the package has a chance to arrive.
For international orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 25 days and tracking data is showing we will replace or refund these orders.

How much is shipping?
